Founded in 2020, by Anita Grant, Hello Hair is committed to rewriting the black hair experience through education, training and representations in efforts to eliminate the discrimination, stigmas and misconceptions of black hair.
My role was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly website that not only retains visitors but also guides them towards meaningful interactions with the content and products, ultimately increasing user satisfaction and boosting sales.
Visit the Website
The "Hello Hair" website struggled to retain users long enough to explore and engage with its content, leading to a low conversion rate and negatively impacting business outcomes. While navigation wasn't an issue, the site failed to create a compelling experience that encouraged users to stay and make purchases.
The goal was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly website that not only retains visitors but also guides them towards meaningful interactions with the content and products, ultimately increasing user satisfaction and boosting sales.
